convenience to discuss ordering your wedding cake. We recommend
placing your order at least three months in advance. We will then
reserve your date and delivery time with you a 25% deposit. Balance
is due two weeks prior to wedding. We do require a minimum of on
months notice to reserve your selection. For any additional
information, please call us at (248) 681-5700 and well be
glad to help you.
We try very hard to keep our pricing structure constant. Occasionally
market prices force us to charge more for the addition of fresh
fruit to a wedding cake. We will always inform you of theseconditions.We
are open to special requests! Pleas dont hesitate to ask us
for something out of the ordinary!
Our Wedding cakes are priced on a per person or per serving basis.
We have three price levels from which to choose, that are based
on the cake and filling chosen.
We recommend Yellow or Chocolate Chiffon for your wedding cake.
They are delicious cakes that are full of flavor and adapt well
to just about any filling you may choose.

Each wedding cake tier is composed of three
layers of cake and two layers of filling.
Cake Option #1
- Your choice of cake with our delicious all-butter buttercream
as both the filling and the frosting. $ 2.75 per person
Cake Option #2
- Your choice of cake with either a fruit or chocolate mousse
(for example - raspberry or milk chocolate mousse), or vanilla
custard (pastry cream) as the filling and our buttercream as the
frosting. $3.25 per person
Cake Option #3
Your choice of cake with either fruit or chocolate mousse
or vanilla custard and the addition of fresh berries. Our buttercream
as the frosting. $3.50 per person
Please note: We try very hard to keep to our pricing structure
for this combination. Occasionally market prices force us to charge
more for the addition of fresh fruit to a wedding cake. We will
always inform you of these conditions.
Many wedding cakes today are finished with a special sugar paste
called Rolled Fondant. Rolled Fondant cakes are priced on a per
pound, per layer basis.
