German Chocolate Cake - The real thing - made from scratch. Triple Decker sweet chocolate cake is filled with coconut pecan icing. A childhood favorite!
Classic Opera Cake - Opera cake is a classic French combination of deep, rich chocolate ganache and coffee buttercream between layers of chocolate almond cake. Soaked heavily with cognac-coffee syrup, this is definitely a grown-up dessert offering. Can be made either round or square, glazed with chocolate.
